What is chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS)?

Whatever treatment you choose, you'll have to learn to deal with the chronic fatigue. The better you deal with the fatigue, the less stress you have. And that again increases the chance of recovery.
Some advice:
- Talk to others about the fatigue. Want people around you do not see your fatigue, seek support from peers.
